Adjudicator's Fees

Details of the method of costing the adjudication services, billing intervals and arrangements are as follows:

Major Adjudications (Claims Exceeding $100,000.00)
  1. The adjudicator's fees would be calculated as follows:
    • Daily $4,000 plus GST
    • Hourly $400 per hour plus GST
  2. There would be no additional fee for usual para-legal services, secretarial services, electronic database creation, imaging, photocopying or facsimile charges. In the event that substantial additional para-legal services, secretarial services, electronic database creation, imaging, photocopying or facsimiles became necessary, additional fees would be charged only with the parties prior agreement.
Lesser Adjudication Claims (Claims less than $100,000.00)

The adjudicator will advise the set fee, generally in accordance with the following scale:

Claim Fee
$0.00 - $20,000.00 $1,000.00 plus GST
$20,001.00 - $100,000.00 $4,000.00 plus GST

If there are any changes to any of the information in this letter the parties will be advised promptly in writing.
